| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku valorizací starobních důchodů a zkoumá rozdíly jednotlivých mechanismů v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky, v Německu a Rakousku zejména v posledních letech v návaznosti na vysokou inflaci. V teoretické části jsou představeny typy indexací a způsoby, jakými se valorizují penze v zemích střední Evropy. V praktické části je zkoumán dopad mechanismů na fiskální náročnost, dále vliv valorizací na vývoj náhradového poměru a jak reagovala politická scéna v oblasti starobních penzí. Práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na možnosti navyšování důchodů, jejich dopad do celkových výdajů v poměru k HDP a propojuje ekonomickou a sociální sféru. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of adjustment of the old age pensions and examines the differences of individual mechanisms in the Visegrad Four countries plus Germany and Austria especially in recent years of high inflation. In the theoretical part, the types of indexing pensions in central Europe and the ways in which they are adjusted are presented. In the analytical part, the impact of mechanisms on fiscal burden, further the effect of adjustment on replacement rate and reaction of political scene are presented. The paper provides a comprehensive view of the possibilities of increasing pensions, their impact on total expenses in relation to GDP and it connects economic and social spheres. |
