| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo formulovat doporučení ke zefektivnění systému personálního marketingu ve vybrané firmě. Dílčí cíle se skládaly z zahrnovaly shrnutí teoretických východisek, zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s používanými nástroji vnitřního personálního marketingu, zjištění efektivity požívaných nástrojů vnějšího marketingu a identifikace silných a slabých stránek současného systému personálního marketingu. Mezi použité metody výzkumu patří rešerše odborné literatury, analýza interních dokumentů společnosti, deskripce stávajícího personálního marketingu, dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis was to formulate recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the HR marketing system in the selected company. The sub-objectives consisted of summarizing the theoretical background, finding out the satisfaction of employees with the used internal HR marketing tools, finding out the effectiveness of the used external marketing tools and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the current HR marketing system. The research methods used include a literature search, analysis of internal company documents, a description of the current HR marketing system, a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. |
