| Abstract: | Dnešní dynamická doba je provázena neustálými změnami a z toho důvodu je klíčové, aby měl každý podnik dobře stanovenou strategii, kterou se bude řídit, a současně byl schopen reagovat na změny v okolí. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného stavu podniku, identifikace růstových faktorů prostřednictvím strategické analýzy a stanovení doporučení pro další strategii podniku. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle byly v teoretické části vymezeny jednotlivé metody strategické analýzy, které byly následně aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. V práci se objevila například PESTEL analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, či finanční analýza. Výstupy z daných analýz jsou poté vyhodnoceny ve SWOT analýze, z čehož následně vyplývají konkrétní navržená doporučení. Tato doporučení se zaměřují na využití obnovitelných zdrojů energie, E-commerce a rozšíření nabídky služeb. V případě, že se podnik rozhodne pro aplikaci těchto doporučení, mohl by dosáhnout snížení nákladů, růstu tržeb a celkově zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. |

| Abstract: | Today's dynamic era is defined by constant changes, making it crucial for every company to have a well-defined strategy to follow and be able to respond to changes in its surroundings. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of the company, identify growth factors through strategic analysis, and formulate recommendations for the company's further strategy. To achieve this goal, various methods of strategic analysis were defined in the theoretical part of the thesis, which were subsequently applied to a specific company. The thesis includes, for example, PESTEL analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, and financial analysis. The outputs of these analyses are then evaluated in a SWOT analysis, leading to specific recommended actions. These recommendations focus on utilizing renewable energy sources, E-commerce, and expanding the supply of services. If the company decides to implement these recommendations, it could achieve cost reduction, revenue growth, and overall increased competitiveness. |
