| Abstract: | V této práci je provedena strategická analýza firmy Sapeli, a.s. Firma Sapeli, a.s. je českým výrobcem dveří s dlouholetou tradicí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy a analýzy, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. Analýzy, které jsou v této práci využity jsou například PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza nebo SWOT analýza. Cílem této práce je naleznout silné a slabé stránky firmy, a příležitosti a hrozby působící na ni. Za tímto účelem je provedena strategická analýza, která analyzuje vnější prostředí, jež na firmu působí, a zároveň i vnitřní zdroje podniku. Přínosem práce jsou formulovaná strategická doporučení, která vycházejí z provedené strategické analýzy. Tato doporučení budou přínosná zejména pro vedení podniku, které je bude moci využít při rozhodování o dalším směřování firmy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis conducts the strategic analysis of the company Sapeli, a.s. Sapeli, a.s. is a Czech manufacturer of doors with a long company tradition. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical describes the concepts and analysis further used in the practical part. Analysis used in this thesis are for instance PESTLE analysis, Porter’s five forces model, VRIO analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of this thesis is to identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses as well as the threats and opportunities affecting the company. For this purpose, a strategic analysis is conducted. The contribution of this thesis is the formulated strategic recommendations based on the analysis conducted. These recommendations will be beneficial mainly for the management of the company which will be able to use them in directing the strategic future of the company. |
