| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o zaměstnance ve společnosti Konecranes and Demag s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit současný stav systému péče o zaměstnance a následně formulovat doporučení ke zlepšení. Prvním dílčím cílem je shrnutí základních teoretických východisek a druhým dílčím cílem je identifikace silných a slabých stránek společnosti a jejího stávajícího systému péče o zaměstnance. Třetím dílčím cílem je zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s poskytovanou péčí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce shrnuje základní teoretická východiska v oblasti péče o zaměstnance, jako jsou pracovní podmínky, zaměstnanecké výhody nebo motivace zaměstnanců. Praktická část práce obsahuje popis současného systému péče o zaměstnance ve společnosti a výzkumné šetření ke zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Na konci této práce je doporučení ke zlepšení slabých míst v systému péče o zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with employee care in the company Konecranes and Demag s.r.o. The main aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of the employee care system and then to formulate recommendations for improvement. The first sub-objective is to summarize the basic theoretical background and the second sub-objective is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and its current system of employee care. The third sub-objective is to determine the satisfaction of employees with the care provided. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the basic theoretical background in the field of employee care, such as working conditions, employee benefits or employee motivation. The practical part of the thesis contains a description of the current system of employee care in the company and a research survey to determine employee satisfaction. At the end of this thesis, there is a recommendation to improve the weaknesses in the employee care system. |
