| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na strategickou analýzu společnosti ČEZ Energetické produkty, s.r.o. v kontextu aktuálních událostí a podmínek. Cílem této práce je na základě strategické analýzy navrhnout doporučení pro společnost ČEZ Energetické produkty, s.r.o. v následujících letech. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou prozkoumány relevantní teoretické poznatky a klíčové koncepty týkající se strategie a metod strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsou pak aplikovány následující metody: PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, portfolio analýza, SWOT analýza a další doplňující metody. Pomocí těchto metod strategické analýzy jsou identifikovány příležitosti, hrozby, silné a slabé stránky společnosti. Výsledky práce poskytují konkrétní doporučení, na základě kterých lze přizpůsobit strategii společnosti tak, aby reflektovala současnou situaci a minimalizovala rizika spojená s budoucími výzvami. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the company ČEZ Energetické produkty, s.r.o. within the context of current events and conditions. The aim of this thesis is to propose recommendations for the company ČEZ Energetické produkty, s.r.o. in the coming years based on the strategic analysis. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, relevant theoretical knowledge and key concepts related to strategy and methods of strategic analysis are examined. In the practical part, the following methods are applied: PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, portfolio analysis, SWOT analysis, and other complementary methods. Using these methods of strategic analysis, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The results of the work provide specific recommendations that can be used to adjust the company's strategy to reflect the current situation and minimize the risks associated with future challenges. |
