| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci je provedena strategická analýza společnosti PH KOVO – RECYCLING CHEB, s.r.o., jejímž hlavním předmětem činnosti je recyklace kovového odpadu. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy a rámce strategie a strategického řízení. Následně jsou popsány metody strategické analýzy, které jsou poté v praktické části aplikovány. Vnější prostředí je analyzováno pomocí PESTEL analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil. Interní zdroje jsou hodnoceny pomocí VRIO modelu, portfolio analýzy a finanční analýzy. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz jsou shrnuty pomocí matice SWOT a analýzy zranitelnosti, sloužící jako základ pro formulaci strategických doporučení. Cílem této práce je na základě zjištěných informací formulovat strategická doporučení, která pomohou společnosti efektivně využít příležitosti a čelit hrozbám. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis conducts a strategic analysis of the company PH KOVO – RECYCLING CHEB, s.r.o., whose main activity is recycling metal waste. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and frameworks of strategy and strategic management. Subsequently, the methods of strategic analysis are described and applied in the practical part. The external environment is analyzed using PESTEL analysis and Porter's five forces model. Internal resources are evaluated using the VRIO model, portfolio analysis, and financial analysis. The results of the individual analyses are summarized using a SWOT matrix and a vulnerability analysis, which serve as the basis for the formulation of strategic recommendations. The objective of this paper is to formulate strategic recommendations based on the information found that will help the company exploit opportunities and counter threats effectively. |
