| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce s názvem „Komunikace v organizacích působících v oblasti kultury a umění“ je zanalyzovat vliv komunikace na efektivní fungování tanečního týmu a well-being, který daná komunikace ovlivňuje v rámci Tanečního klubu FIS, z. s. Primární pozornost bude zaměřena na komunikaci od hlavních členů tanečního klubu směrem k osobám, které v tomto tanečním klubu vystupují jako frekventanti neboli osoby, které se od hlavních členů učí. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy komunikace a well-beingu, které jsou detailně popsány. Empirická část představuje dvě studie. Studie formou dotazníku a Focus group interview. Na závěr bude zmíněno doporučení nejen pro tento taneční klub, ale i pro malé organizace, které se potýkají s podobným problémem. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the bachelor thesis titled „Communication in organization operating in the field of culture and arts“ is to analyze the impact of communication on the effective functioning of a dance team and the well-being it influences within the Dance club FIS, z.s. The primary focus will be on communication from the main members of the dance club towards individuals who act as attendees in this dance club in other words individuals who learn from the main members. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of communication and well-being, which are described in detail. The empirical part presents two studies: a questionnaire study and a Focus group interview. Finally, recommendations will be made not only for this dance club but also for small organizations facing similar issues. |
