| Abstract: | Společnost Integraf s.r.o. je výrobní podnik, pro který je klíčové zvyšovat efektivitu své výroby. V rámci této práce autor provede analýzu dvou vybraných procesů ve výrobě, které budou poté posouzeny z hlediska vhodnosti robotizace. Cílem této práce je tak návrh řešení na implementaci kolaborativního robota právě pro optimalizaci daných procesů. K analýze vhodných procesů až po konkrétní návrh řešení bude použita metoda DMAIC. Na závěr práce budou předloženy konkrétní návrhy využití robotizace výrobních procesů na základě zjištěných výsledků. Dalším cílem této práce je vytvoření ekonomického zhodnocení a posouzení doby návratnosti investice do kolaborativní robotiky. |

| Abstract: | Integraf s.r.o. is a manufacturing company for which it is crucial to increase the efficiency of its production. In this thesis, the author will analyse two selected processes in production, which will then be assessed in terms of the suitability of robotization. Thus, the aim of this thesis is to propose a solution for the implementation of a collaborative robot specifically for the optimization of the processes in question. The DMAIC method will be used to analyze the suitable processes up to the specific design of the solution. At the end of the thesis, concrete proposals for the use of robotization of manufacturing processes will be presented based on the results. Another objective of this thesis is to create an economic evaluation and assessment of the payback period of the investment in collaborative robotics. |
