| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje připravenost EPH a.s., na splnění nových legislativních požadavků v oblasti nefinančního reportingu podle Evropského standardu pro reportování o udržitelnosti (ESRS) a EU Taxonomie. S narůstajícím tlakem na podniky v oblasti udržitelného podnikání a novou legislativou Evropské unie, která klade důraz na transparentní zprávy podléhající auditu, se stává nezbytným nalézt účinná řešení, jak tyto požadavky naplnit. Diplomová práce pečlivě analyzuje připravenost EPH a.s. na naplnění těchto požadavků a vyhodnocuje potenciální důsledky nesouladu. |

| Abstract: | The master's thesis examines the preparedness of EPH a.s. to meet the new legislative requirements in the area of non-financial reporting according to the European Standard for Sustainability Reporting (ESRS) and EU Taxonomy. With increasing pressure on businesses in the sustainable business sector and new legislation from the European Union emphasizing transparent reports subject to audit, it becomes essential to find effective solutions to meet these requirements. The thesis carefully analyzes the readiness of EPH a.s. to fulfill these requirements and evaluates the potential consequences of non-compliance. |
