| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování plánu pro podporu well-beingu pracovníků v malém podniku. Teoretická část podrobně mapuje a vysvětluje klíčové pojmy, které jsou nezbytné pro hlubší pochopení zkoumaného tématu. Ke zpracování praktické části diplomové práce byly použity poznatky získané z teoretické části, kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum. Konkrétně byly použity výzkumné metody dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat úroveň well-beingu ve vybrané firmě a na základě zjištěných dat navrhnout efektivní well-beingový plán pro její pracovníky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the development of a plan to support the well-being of employees in a small business. The theoretical part presents and explains in detail the key concepts necessary for a deeper understanding of the topic under study. The knowledge gained from the theoretical, quantitative and qualitative research was used to develop the practical part of the thesis. Specifically, the research methods used were a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview. The main objective of the thesis was to analyse the level of well-being in the selected company and to propose an effective well-being plan for its employees based on the data. |
