| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je „Péče o zaměstnance v Ošetřovatelském domově na Praze 3“. Jejím cílem je pomocí dotazníkového šetření identifikovat spokojenost s touto péčí, zejména v oblasti nabízených benefitů. Dílčím cílem je identifikace spokojenosti s možnostmi dalšího vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Vybrané dva aspekty péče o zaměstnance byly na základě výsledků výzkumu podrobeny analýze, ze které vyplynuly následná doporučení za účelem zlepšit dosavadní systém v organizaci. Základem práce je teoretická část, která shrnuje pomocí podkapitol jako jsou well-being zaměstnanců, motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnanecké benefity důležité aspekty hlavní kapitoly péče o zaměstnance. Součástí teoretické části je také popsaná metodologie k provedenému výzkumu. Na tu dále navazuje praktická část, která představuje zvolenou organizaci, analýzu dotazníkového šetření a v závěru její souhrn včetně vhodných doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Employee Care in the Nursing Home in Prague 3". Its aim is to use a questionnaire survey to identify satisfaction with this care, especially in the area of benefits offered. A sub-objective is to identify satisfaction with the opportunities for further education of employees. Based on the results of the research, the selected two aspects of employee care were analysed, and subsequent recommendations were made in order to improve the current system in the organisation. The thesis is based on the theoretical part, which summarizes the important aspects of the main chapter of employee care with the help of subsections such as employee well-being, employee motivation and employee benefits. The theoretical part also includes a description of the methodology for the conducted research. This is followed by a practical section which presents the chosen organisation, the analysis of the questionnaire survey and in the end a summary including appropriate recommendations. |
