| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací interního procesu pro práci s reklamními plochami v globální reklamní agentuře Publicis Groupe. Hlavním cílem bylo vytvoření a implementace standardního procesu, což vedlo k úspoře času a snížení chybovosti. Sekundárním cílem bylo vytvoření dokumentace pro zaučování nových pracovníků. Byly využity metody PDSA cyklu a CMMI modelu pro zlepšení procesů. Implementace vedla ke snížení času potřebného na týdenní úkoly z 19,5 na 11,74 hodin, což představuje úsporu téměř 40 %. Optimalizace umožnila efektivnější realizaci kampaní a zvýšení ziskovosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an internal process for managing advertising spaces in the global advertising agency Publicis Groupe. The primary goal was to create and implement a standardized process, leading to time savings and reduced error rates. A secondary goal was to develop documentation for training new employees. The PDSA cycle and CMMI model were utilized to improve processes. Implementation reduced the time required for weekly tasks from 19.5 to 11.74 hours, representing a nearly 40% saving. This optimization allowed for more efficient campaign execution and increased profitability. |
