| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity v souvislosti s pracovní motivací a jejich vlivem na spokojenost v zaměstnání. Shrnuje poznatky z oblasti teorie pracovní motivace a využití benefitů v podniku. Vyhodnocuje stávající zaměstnanecké benefity v rámci systému motivace ve vybrané firmě, identifikuje jejich silné a slabé stránky a formuluje doporučení. Význam zaměstnaneckých benefitů a spokojenost s nimi jsou hodnoceny na základě subjektivního vnímání zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with employee benefits in connection with work motivation and their influence on job satisfaction. Summarizes findings from the theory of work motivation and the use of benefits in the company. It evaluates existing employee benefits within the motivation system in the selected company, identifies their strengths and weaknesses and formulates recommendations. The importance of employee benefits and satisfaction with them are evaluated based on the subjective perception of employees. |
