| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá suburbanizací, zejména pak komparativní analýzou suburbanizačních procesů ve vybraných obcích na úrovni dvou mikroregionů Strakonicka a Písecka v druhé dekádě nového milénia. Cílem práce je identifikovat, zda suburbaniazční procesy probíhaly ve vybraných obcích dvou mikroregionů Strakonicka a Písecka v období 2009-2019. Porovnat intenzitu těchto procesů a vyhodnotit, zdali má vzdálenost od spádového města či velikost obce samotné vliv právě na intenzitu suburbanizace. V první části práce je vymezen termín suburbanizace a jeho základní členění. Dále jsou představeny možné teoretické přístupy, problémy suburbanizace, některé související pojmy či mechanismy hodnocení suburbanizace. Teoretická část se také věnuje historii suburbanizačních procesů v Evropě a Českých zemích od 19. století do současnosti. V praktické části je představena použitá metoda výzkumu, jsou zde charakterizovány oba zkoumané mikroregiony. Dále se autorka v této části věnuje samotné komparativní analýze suburbanizačních procesů ve vybraných obcích dvou mikroregionů Strakonicka a Písecka v druhé dekádě nového milénia. Tato analýza je provedena na základě porovnání analytických dat sbíraných ČSÚ pro územně analytické podklady. Některá data a poznatky jsou dále empiricky ověřena pomocí rozhovorů se zástupci obcí |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis focuses on suburbanization, particularly through a comparative analysis of suburbanization processes in selected municipalities within two microregions of Strakonice and Písek in the second decade of the new millennium. The aim of the thesis is to identify whether suburbanization processes occurred in the selected municipalities within the two microregions of Strakonice and Písek during the period of 2009-2019, to compare the intensity of these processes, and to evaluate whether the distance from the core city influences the intensity of suburbanization. The first part of the thesis defines the term suburbanization and its basic classification. Possible theoretical approaches, problems of suburbanization, some related terms, and some existing mechanisms for evaluating suburbanization are also introduced. The theoretical part also addresses the history of suburbanization processes in Europe and the Czech lands from the 19th century to the present. In the analyticall part, the methodology used in the research is presented, and both examined microregions are characterized. Furthermore, the author devotes this part to the comparative analysis of suburbanization processes in selected municipalities within the two microregions of Strakonice and Písek in the second decade of the new millennium. This analysis is conducted based on comparing analytical data collected by the Czech Statistical Office for territorial analytical purposes. Some data are further empirically verified through interviews with representatives of the municipalities. |
