| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickou analýzou medicínské metody extrakorporální kardiopulmonální resuscitace, která je aplikována u pacientů s refrakterní srdeční zástavou. Jsou zde vyčísleny výdaje na léčbu pacientů, které jsou následně porovnávány s daňovými příjmy vztaženými k prodlouženému dožití pacientů. Na závěr je vše sumarizováno a vyhodnoceno, zda je metoda dle zjištěných hodnot ekonomicky efektivní či nikoliv. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the economic analysis of the medical method of extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is applied to patients with refractory cardiac arrest. Expenditures for the treatment of patients are calculated here, which are then compared with tax revenues related to the extended life expectancy of patients. At the end, everything is summarized and evaluated, whether the method is economically effective or not according to the values found. |
