| Abstract: | Práce zkoumá využití softwarového nástroje Microsoft Power BI pro použití manažerského reportingu v malé společnosti poskytující služby v oblasti projektového managementu. Teoretická část obsahuje klíčové informace o manažerské výsledovce v produktovém členění, základní analýze odchylek a ukazatelích. V teoretické části čtenář dále nalezne informace o Business Inteligent a představení nástroje Power BI. Aplikační část se věnuje sestavení manažerského reportu od zpracování vstupních dat až po popis tvorby výsledných stránek reportu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the use of Microsoft Power BI software tool for management reporting in a small company dealing with project management. The theoretical part contains essential information about management reporting in product breakdown, basic variance analysis and indicators. In the theoretical part the reader will also find information about Business Intelligent and an introduction to the Microsoft Power BI tool. The application part is devoted to the creation of a management report and a description of the creation of each page of the report, from the processing of input data to the final report. |
