Tato diplomová práce zkoumá koncept nefinančního výkaznictví a jeho roli v podnikatelském prostředí. Rostoucí důležitost správy environmentálních, sociálních a správních dopadů na prostředí je zjevná v kontextu nové legislativy Evropské unie a rostoucího tlaku na řešení aktivit firem. Hlavním cílem práce je představit problematiku vykazování a navrhnout potenciální směry jeho budoucího vývoje, včetně standardizace postupů. Výzkum spojuje teoretické poznatky s praktickými případy zbankovního sektoru za účelem poskytnutí komplexního pohledu a vyhodnocení současného chování subjektů ve vztahu k požadavkům v oblasti ESG. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis examines the concept of non-financial reporting and its role in the business environment. The growing importance of managing environmental, social and administrative impacts on the surroundings is evident in the context of the new European Union legislation and increasing pressure to address the activities of companies. The main goal of the work is to imagine the issue of reporting and propose potential directions for its future development, including the standardization of procedures. The research combines theoretical knowledge with practical cases from banking to provide a comprehensive view and evaluate the current behaviour of entities regarding ESG requirements. |
