| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda existuje nějaký vztah mezi zkušenostmi stavebních firem a jejich cenových strategií v soutěžích o veřejné zakázky. Práce poskytuje teoretický pohled na cenové strategie a na studie zjišťující vliv zkušeností. Dále je provedena regresní analýza vztahu vysoutěžených cen, míry konkurence a zkušeností dodavatele. Analyzovány jsou stavební zakázky zadavatele Statutární město Brno z období 2021-2023. Dle předpokladů na základě teoretické části byl zjištěn konkurenční efekt, a v některých modelech pozitivní vliv zkušeností na poměr konečné a předpokládané hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine whether there is any relationship between the experience of construction companies and their pricing strategies in public procurement competitions. The thesis provides a theoretical perspective on pricing strategies and studies investigating the impact of experience. Furthermore, a regression analysis of the relationship between awarded prices, the level of competition, and the contractor's experience is conducted. Construction contracts awarded by the Statutory City of Brno from the period 2021-2023 are analyzed. As per the assumptions based on the theoretical framework, a competitive effect was found, with positive effects of experience observed in some models on the ratio of final to expected value. |
