Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vztahu mezi ESG faktory na jedné straně a cenou dluhopisů v Evropě na straně druhé. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, zda a jak ESG faktory společností ovlivňují vývoj cen dluhopisů v evropském finančním prostředí. V úvodní teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy ESG a je zdůrazněn jejich rostoucí význam pro investiční a finanční rozhodování. Je zmíněn vývoj ESG a této problematiky v čase. Praktická část práce se zabývá empirickou analýzou vlivu ESG faktorů na ceny dluhopisů v Evropě. S využitím dat z rozsáhlého datasetu dluhopisů je provedena analýza, která zkoumá, jak tyto faktory ovlivňují výnosy dluhopisů a jejich cenovou dynamiku. Výsledky této analýzy budou poskytovat cenné informace pro investory, emitenty dluhopisů a regulační orgány v Evropě, a mohou přispět k lepšímu pochopení vztahu mezi udržitelností, společenskou odpovědností a finančními trhy. Diplomová práce nabízí přehled o aktuálním stavu ESG a nefinančního reportingu v evropském kontextu a přispívá k diskusi o udržitelném financování a investování v regionu. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the analysis of the relationship between ESG factors on the one hand and bond prices in Europe on the other hand. The aim of the thesis is to investigate whether and how ESG factors of companies influence the development of bond prices in the European financial environment. The initial theoretical section defines key ESG concepts and highlights their growing importance for investment and financial decision-making. The evolution of ESG and this issue over time is discussed. The practical part of the paper deals with an empirical analysis of the impact of ESG factors on bond prices in Europe. Using data from a large bond dataset, an analysis is conducted to investigate how these factors affect bond yields and bond price dynamics. The results of this analysis will provide valuable information for investors, bond issuers and regulators in Europe, and may contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between sustainability, social responsibility and financial markets. The thesis offers an overview of the current state of ESG and non-financial reporting in the European context and contributes to the debate on sustainable finance and investment in the region. |
