| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zkoumá financování dávek z důchodových pilířů, s důrazem na situaci v České republice. První část se věnuje obecnému přehledu důchodových systémů a jejich financování, a rovněž sleduje vývoj důchodové problematiky v České republice. Druhá část se zaměřuje na důchodové reformy, které se v České republice udály. Zaměřuje se také i na důchodové systémy v jiných zemí. Cílem praktické části je detailní analýza důchodové reformy schválené v roce 2023, porovnání důchodových systémů v rámci Evropské unie a identifikace klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících důchodové systémy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the financing of benefits from pension pillars, with an emphasis on the situation in the Czech Republic. The first part provides a general overview of pension systems and their financing, and traces the development of pension issues in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on pension reforms that have taken place in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on pension systems in other countries. The practical part aims to analyse in detail the pension reform approved in 2023, to compare pension systems within the European Union and to identify key factors affecting pension systems. |
