| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje teoretickou strukturu systému financování sociálních služeb a aktuální potíže, jež jeho fungování ovlivňují (například pandemie COVID-19, věková struktura obyvatelstva ČR). Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí volně dostupných dat a vícenásobné regresní analýzy prozkoumat vztahy mezi proměnnými, které mají na objem financování a dostupnost poskytovaných sociálních služeb vliv. Cíle bylo dosaženo srovnáním dvou modelů, reprezentující roky 2014 a 2022. Výsledky ukazují zvýšení vlivu počtu zařízení sociálních služeb a jejich klientů, počtu příjemců příspěvku na péči a počtu osob ve věku 65+ na výdaje na terénní sociální služby. Daný výsledek tak implikuje trend, který se zdá být dlouhodobě neudržitelný. Výsledné zjištění bylo ovlivněno pandemií COVID-19, která zasáhla systém sociálních služeb ve vysoké míře, v dlouhodobém hledisku je ale významnější vliv změn věkové struktury obyvatelstva. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes the theoretical structure of the social service financing system in the Czech Republic and the current problems affecting its functioning (for example the COVID-19 pandemic, age structure of the population). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to use freely available data and multiple regression analysis to investigate the relationships between variables that influence the volume of funding and accessibility of social services. The objective was achieved by comparing two models, representing the years 2014 and 2022. The results show an increase in the impact of the number of social service facilities and their clients, the number of recipients of the care allowance and the number of people aged 65+ on spending on outreach social services. The result thus implies a trend that appears to be unsustainable in the long term. This finding has been influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected the social services system to a high degree, but in the long term the impact of changes in the age structure of the population is more significant. |
