| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice účetnictví sportovních klubů v ziskovém a neziskovém sektoru. V teoretické části je popsáno ekonomické a sociální prostředí sportovních klubů, možné právní formy při založení a rozsah a způsob vedení účetnictví v obou sektorech. Praktická část se zabývá specifickými účetními operacemi sportovních klubů v souvislosti s vypovídací schopností účetních výkazů. Cílem práce je objasnit problematiku zakládání a vedení účetnictví sportovních klubů v ziskovém a neziskovém sektoru a pomoci při rozhodování, jakou právní formu sportovního klubu zvolit a jak toto rozhodnutí ovlivní administrativní a účetní povinnosti klubu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of accounting for sports clubs in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. The theoretical part describes the economic and social environment of sports clubs, possible legal forms in company establishment, and the extent and methods of accounting in both sectors. The practical part deals with specific accounting operations in sports clubs in relation to financial statements. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the issues of establishing and managing the accounting for sports clubs in both sectors, and to help in deciding what legal form of sports club to choose and how this decision will affect the club's administrative and accounting obligations. |
