| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na demografický vývoj (především migraci) a ekonomické dopady tohoto fenoménu jak na úrovni národního hospodářství České republiky, tak i na úrovni globální. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat dostupná data a posoudit ekonomické i demografické dopady současné migrace a určit, zda tyto dopady působí na Českou republiku spíše pozitivně či negativně. Text této práce dochází k závěru, že imigrace je pro Českou republiku spíše výhodná. Imigranti pomáhají zpomalovat demografické stárnutí, zvyšují počet osob v produktivním věku, a tím zvyšují zaměstnanost. V určitých odvětvích trhu práce je Česká republika na imigrantech dokonce závislá. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on demographic development (especially migration) and the economic impact of this phenomenon both at the level of the national economy of the Czech Republic and at the global level. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the available data and to assess the economic and demographic impacts of current migration and to determine whether these impacts are more positive or negative for the Czech Republic. The text of this paper concludes, that immigration is rather beneficial for the Czech Republic. Immigrants help to slow down demographic ageing, increase the number of people of working age and thus increase employment. In certain sectors of the labour market, the Czech Republic is even dependent on immigrants. |
