| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje zeleným dluhopisům, nástroji pro navýšení kapitálu k financování projektů, které mají pozitivní dopad na životní prostředí. Nejprve jsou zelené dluhopisy představeny, je zmíněna jejich definice a historický vývoj, mezinárodní regulační rámce a kritéria. Následně se práce zabývá trhem zelených dluhopisů, jak v mezinárodním kontextu, tak na úrovni České republiky, a zkoumá motivaci investorů a emitentů. Dále popisuje proces emise zelených dluhopisů, od přípravných kroků přes časovou osu emise až po specifika, která odlišují emisi zelených obligací od tradičních dluhopisů. Teoretické poznatky jsou dále použity při analýze konkrétní emise zelených dluhopisů na českém trhu a v závěru je shrnuta problematika práce a její zjištění. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis explores green bonds, an innovative financial tool for raising capital to finance projects that positively impact the environment. First, the thesis introduces green bonds and outlines their historical development, international regulatory frameworks, and criteria governing their use. Next, the paper examines the green bond market and analyzes the global and local contexts. The paper then explores the motivation of investors and issuers and describes the issuance process of green bonds. The investigation goes further in-depth from the preparatory phases and timeline of issuance to the unique characteristics that differentiate green bonds from traditional bond issuances. Theoretical insights gained from the study are applied to an analysis on specific green bond issuance in the Czech market. The thesis concludes with a comprehensive summary of the explored issues and key findings. |
