| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou, nastavením a vyhodnocením automatizace v ERP systému Helios iNuvio. Zaměřuje se na představení ERP systému, jeho základní ovládání a funkcionality vybraných modulů – modul účetnictví, fakturace, banka, majetek, leasing. Napříč prací je představena automatizace procesů v účetnictví, historický vývoj, vývoj účetního záznamu včetně legislativního vymezení. Pojmy podnikový informační systém, ekonomický systém, účetní software a e-fakturace. Práce také představuje trendy ovlivňující budoucnost automatizace a vliv na profesní vyhlídky účetní profese. Práce také poskytuje srovnání popisovaného softwaru s konkurencí z hlediska rozsahu automatizace, uživatelského rozhraní, podpory v rámci školení a ceny. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the analysis, setup and evaluation of automation in the ERP system Helios iNuvio. It focuses on the introduction of the ERP system, its basic control and functionality of selected modules – accounting module, invoicing, bank, assets, leasing. Across the thesis is presented automation of accounting processes, historical development, the development of accounting records including legislative definition, the concepts of enterprise information system, economic system, accounting software and e-invoicing. The thesis also presents trends affecting the future of automation and the impact on the professional prospects of the accounting profession. The thesis also provides a comparison of described software with competitors in terms of the scope of automation, user interface, training support and cost. |
