| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderními metodami financování, které poskytují alternativy k tradičním metodám a institucím. Analyzuje čtyři hlavní inovativní metody: Peer-to-peer (P2P) půjčování, Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), Venture Capital (VC) a Crowdfunding. Práce popisuje jejich charakteristiky, výhody a nevýhody a používání v praxe. Cílem je porovnat tyto metody a doporučit vhodné způsoby financování pro různé typy podniků a situace, přičemž zdůrazňuje, že žádná z metod není univerzálně nejlepší, ale každá nabízí specifické výhody v závislosti na kontextu a potřebách podniku. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with modern financing methods that provide alternatives to traditional methods and institutions. It analyzes four main innovative methods: Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), Venture Capital (VC), and Crowdfunding. The thesis describes their characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, and practical use. The aim is to compare these methods and recommend suitable financing methods for different types of businesses and situations, emphasizing that none of the methods is universally the best, but each offers specific advantages depending on the context and needs of the business. |
