| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu v energetice za platných legislativních podmínek pro teplárenství v České republice a technických omezení zařízení teplárny. Vyhodnocení efektivnosti přínosu projektu ke zvýšení tržní hodnoty je za pomoci zpracovaného technického a ekonomického modelu v programu MS EXCEL včetně příslušné citlivostní analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of an investment project in the energy sector under the current legislative conditions for the heating industry in the Czech Republic and the technical limitations of the heating plant equipment. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the project contribution to the increase of the market value is done with the help of the developed technical and economic model in MS EXCEL including the relevant sensitivity analysis. |
