| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností zemědělských subjektů v České republice dle různých typů venkovských oblastí na implementaci Taxonomie EU do české legislativy. Tato připravenost je ověřována prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Hlavní strukturu rozhovorů tvoří stanovené výzkumné otázky. První výzkumnou otázku, zda mají zemědělci povědomí o Taxonomii EU, bylo zjištěno, že pouze 7 zemědělců z celkových 45 respondentů má povědomí. Z tohoto hlediska nejsou zemědělské subjekty připraveny na implementaci Taxonomie EU. Důvodem neznalosti je nedostatek informací. Nařízení EU, které by obsahovala technická screeningová kritéria pro zemědělskou oblast, nebyla doposud zveřejněna. Zemědělci tak nemají jasně vymezeno co je obsahem Taxonomie EU a co budou povinni dodržovat. Z hlediska druhé výzkumné otázky, jaký mají respondenti přístup k udržitelnému zemědělství, vyplynulo, že mají kladný přístup. Dokonce již realizují kroky k plnění stanovených environmentálních cílů. Značný vliv na tuto skutečnost mají již platné environmentální zákony a směřování zemědělské politiky ČR. Výzkumné otázky se dále pokouší identifikovat překážky a bariéry spojené s realizací environmentálních opatření. Tato opatření budou zemědělci muset realizovat k naplnění environmentálního skóre. Největší překážkou jsou administrativní bariéry spojené s realizací. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the readiness of agricultural entities in the Czech Republic according to different types of rural areas, to implement the EU taxonomy into Czech legislation.. This readiness is examined by means of semi-structured interviews.. The main structure of the interviews consists of set research questions. The first research question, whether farmers are aware of the EU Taxonomy, revealed that only 8 farmers out of 45 respondents are aware of it. From this point of view, farmers are not prepared for the implementation of the EU Taxonomy. The reason for the lack of knowledge is the lack of information. The EU regulation that would contain technical screening criteria for the agricultural sector has not been published yet. As a result, farmers do not have a clear definition of what is contained in the EU Taxonomy and what they will be obliged to comply with. In terms of the second research question, what is the respondents' attitude towards sustainable agriculture, it was found that they have a positive attitude. In fact, they are already taking steps to meet the environmental targets. The environmental legislation already in force and the direction of the agricultural policy of the Czech Republic have a considerable influence on this fact. The research questions also try to identify obstacles and barriers related to the implementation of environmental measures. These measures have to be implemented by farmers in order to achieve the environmental score. The biggest barrier is the administrative barriers associated with implementation. |
