| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou daně z mimořádných zisků. Základním principem daně z mimořádných zisků je netradiční zdanění a přispění do státního rozpočtu, které pomáhá státu a veškerým subjektům k překonaní neočekávaných událostí. Hlavním cílem práce je odhad vlivu zavedení daně z mimořádných zisků v České republice na příjmy státního rozpočtu a jeho následné porovnání s predikcí příjmů Výboru pro rozpočtové prognózy. V praktické části práce se autor zaměřuje na 3 obory, kterých se tato daň týká a následně shrne efektivitu této daně. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of the windfall tax. The basic principle of the windfall tax is non-traditional taxation and contribution to the state budget, which helps the state and all entities to overcome unexpected events. The main objective of this thesis is to estimate the impact of the windfall tax introduction on state budget revenues in the Czech Republic and to subsequently compare it with the revenue forecast of the Committee on Budgetary Forecasts. In the practical part of the thesis, the author focuses on the three sectors affected by this tax and summarizes the effectiveness of this tax. |
