| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konsolidované účetní závěrky. Cílem práce je porovnání vypovídací schopnosti konsolidovaných účetních závěrek sestavených dle českých a mezinárodních účetních standardů IFRS. Teoretická část, která je podložena především legislativou, přináší shrnutí rozdílů v postupech a metodách dle jednotlivých předpisů. V praktické části je pak vypovídací schopnost analyzována na konkrétních společnostech v České republice. |

The aim of the thesis is to compare the informative ability of consolidated financial statements prepared according to Czech and international accounting standards IFRS. The theoretical part, which is primarily based on legislation, summarizes the differences in procedures and methods according to individual regulations. In the practical part, the informative ability is then analysed on specific companies in the Czech Republic. |
