| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem vztahu nefinančních informací a investičního rozhodování. Cílem práce je přinést ucelený přehled v oblasti nefinančních informací z hlediska historického vývoje i současného stavu. Dalším cílem je zmapovat roli nefinančních informací v investičním rozhodování a vliv udržitelnosti na výnosnost investic. V první kapitole jsou popsány pojmy používané v oblasti nefinančních informací. V druhé kapitole je popsán historický vývoj vztahu nefinančních informací a investičního rozhodování a vliv udržitelnosti firem na výnosnost investic. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsána specifika due diligence v oblasti udržitelnosti a využití výstupů due diligence v investičním rozhodování. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsán historický vývoj legislativy v oblasti zveřejňování nefinančních informací a současné legislativní požadavky v oblasti nefinančních informací. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the development of the relationship between non-financial information and investment decision-making. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview in the field of non-financial information from the point of view of historical development and the current state. Another goal is to map the role of non-financial information in investment decision-making and the impact of sustainability on the profitability of investments. The first chapter describes terms used in the field of non-financial information. The second chapter describes the historical development of the relationship between non-financial information and investment decision-making and the influence of non-financial information on the profitability of investments. The third chapter describes the specifics of due diligence in the area of sustainability and the use of due diligence outputs in investment decision-making. The fourth chapter describes the historical development of legislation in the area of non-financial information disclosures as well as current legislative requirements in the area of non-financial information. |
