| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou jednorázových a přechodných opatření v zemích Evropské unie zavedených během krize COVID-19 a energetické krize. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje jednorázovým opatřením, fiskální politice, krizi COVID-19 a energetické krizi. V praktické části je provedena kategorizace použitých opatření a srovnání fiskálního rozsahu těchto opatření v jednotlivých zemích Evropské unie. Dále je provedena regresní analýza faktorů ovlivňujících velikost těchto opatření. K analýze koronavirové krize jsou sledovaným obdobím roky 2020 a 2021 a k analýze energetické krize je to rok 2022. Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě provedených srovnání a analýz najít vztahy mezi zeměmi, které přistupovali k řešení krizí podobným způsobem. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with analysing one-off and transitional measures in the countries of the European Union introduced during the COVID-19 and the energy crises. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with one-off measures, fiscal policy, the COVID-19 crisis, and the energy crisis. In the practical part, there is a categorisation of the measures used and a comparison of the fiscal scope of these measures in individual countries of the European Union. Furthermore, a regression analysis of the factors influencing the size of these measures is performed. For the analysis of the coronavirus crisis, the observed period is 2020 and 2021, and for the analysis of the energy crisis, it is 2022. Based on the comparisons and analyses, this work aims to find relationships between countries that similarly approached crisis resolution. |
