| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy a finančního plánování zhodnotit finanční situaci dvou fotbalových klubů SK Slavia Praha – fotbal a.s. a FC Bayern München AG mezi roky 2018–2021. U každého klubu je vypracován stručný popis klubu, analýza finanční situace a porovnání s konkurencí v daném státě. Následně je provedeno srovnání výsledků těchto dvou týmů z hlediska finančního zdraví, kapitálové struktury a rozdílů ve výkaznictví v dané zemi. Finanční analýza je provedena za využití standardních nástrojů finanční analýzy, jako jsou elementární a kreditní analýza. Na konci práce jsou zmíněná specifika finančního plánování výsledku hospodaření u těchto netypických podnikatelských subjektů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of two football clubs, SK Slavia Prague – fotbal a.s. and FC Bayern München AG, using financial analysis and financial planning tools for the period between 2017 and 2021. For each club, a brief description of the club is provided, along with a financial situation analysis and a comparison with competitors in the respective country. Subsequently, a comparison of the results of these two teams is conducted in terms of financial health, capital structure, and differences in accounting practices in their respective countries. The financial analysis is conducted using standard financial analysis tools, such as elementary and credit analysis.Towards the end of the thesis, the specifics of financial planning for the financial results of these atypical business entities are mentioned. |
