| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá reálnými investičními instrumenty, konkrétně automobily a tím, zda pro investory nabízí potřebnou míru diverzifikace portfolia, případně vyšší zhodnocení než ostatní investiční instrumenty. První část obsahuje obecné pojednání o finančních a reálných investičních instrumentech, jejich srovnání a vývoj. V druhé části práce popisuji, jak mohou investoři rozpoznat potenciální investiční automobil, popřípadě jak do něj investovat. Poslední část je zaměřena na analýzu historických vývojů cen vybraných automobilů s porovnáním s vybraným finančními instrumenty. Jelikož většina obyvatelstva bere automobil pouze jako spotřební zboží, které klesá na své hodnotě, tak bych chtěl rozšířit povědomí o vybraných automobilech, u kterých tomu tak není. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on real investment instruments, specifically automobiles, and whether they offer the necessary degree of portfolio diversification for investors, or potentially higher returns than other investment instruments. The first part contains a general discussion of financial and real investment instruments, their comparison, and development. In the second part of the thesis, I describe how investors can identify a potential investment automobile and how to invest in it. The final part is dedicated to analyzing the historical price developments of selected cars, compared to selected financial instruments. Since most people consider automobiles merely as consumer goods that depreciate in value, I aim to raise awareness about selected cars where this is not the case. |
