| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu financí v kulturních neziskových organizacích. První dvě kapitoly práce představují teoretické koncepty, na kterých fungování a financování neziskových organizací stojí. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit získávání a řízení finančních zdrojů u dvou konkrétních organizací – DOX Prague a.s. a Museum Kampa – Nadace Jana a Medy Mládkových v letech 2018–2022. K vyhodnocení využívá práce metod finanční analýzy, ze které paradoxně vyplývá, že nejlepší výsledky finančního zdraví vykazovaly obě organizace v roce 2020, kdy byl svět zasažen pandemií. Podrobněji se finanční analýze věnuje třetí kapitola a výsledná analýza může být přínosná pro konkurenty, veřejné subjekty i potenciální soukromé dárce. Druhotným cílem práce je determinovat faktory hrající klíčovou roli při rozhodování se o návštěvě galerie, čemuž se věnuje čtvrtá kapitola práce. Pro naplnění druhotného cíle bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, ze kterého plyne, že stěžejním faktorem je probíhající výstava. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the topic of finance in non-profit organizations in the arts. The first two chapters of this thesis introduce theoretical concepts on which the operating and financing of non-profit organizations is based. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial resourcing and management in two concrete organizations – DOX Prague JSC (a.s.) and Museum Kampa – The Jan and Meda Mládek Foundation in the years 2018–2022. Financial analysis methodology is employed, paradoxically revealing that both organizations exhibited their healthiest financial results in 2020, amidst the global pandemic. The third chapter provides a detailed analysis, potentially beneficial for competitors, public entities, and prospective private donors. The secondary aim is to identify key factors playing a role when deciding whether to visit a gallery, which is addressed in the fourth chapter. To achieve this, a questionnaire survey was conducted, highlighting the ongoing exhibition as the crucial factor. |
