| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Finanční řízení developerského projektu“ sleduje dva dílčí cíle: i) výběr optimálního zdroje financování a ii) volbu takové podoby projektu, která bude disponovat nejvyšší finanční návratností a zároveň bude reálná vzhledem k aktuální tržní situaci. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní teoretická východiska developerských projektů, jejich účastníci, specifika jednotlivých fází a možnosti jejich financování. V praktické části jsou potom získané poznatky aplikovány na modelový projekt spočívající ve výstavbě logistického areálu, je zvolena jeho optimální varianta a způsob financování. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis „Financial management of a development project“ pursues two sub-objectives: (i) selection of the optimal source of financing and (ii) selection of the project variant that will have the highest financial return and at the same time will be realistic given the current market situation. In the theoretical part, the basic theoretical background of development projects, their participants, specifics of individual phases and financing options are presented. In the practical part, the acquired knowledge is then applied to a model project consisting in the construction of a logistics complex, and its optimal variant and method of financing are selected. |
