| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti OMV Česká republika, s. r. o. v letech 2018-2022, vyhodnotit její finanční situaci a porovnat ji s finanční situací konkurentů. Cíle je dosaženo za použití metody sběru dat, grafů a informací. Zde je nejdůležitější úplnost a pravdivost informací, proto informace čerpám z veřejně dostupných zpráv společnosti, které jsou zveřejněny na webové stránce www.or.justice.cz. Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je zpracována samotná finanční analýza. V druhé části je zpracována kapitola politika ESG a elektromobilita. Závěrem této práce je shrnutí zjištěných výsledků a předpokládaný výhled do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company OMV Czech Republic, s. r. o. in the years 2018-2022, evaluate its financial situation and compare it with the financial situation of competitors. The objective will be achieved using the data collection method, graphs and information. The most important thing is the completeness and truthfulness of the information; therefore, I will get information from the public company's final reports, which are published on the website www.or.justice.cz. This thesis is divided into two parts. First part is conducted as a financial analysis, ESG policy and electromobility topic is analyzed in the second part. The conclusion of this work is a summary of the results and the expected outlook for the future. |
