| Abstract: | Obsahem práce je analýza historie lichvy ve světě a na území České republiky, analýza současných českých zákonů a judikátů Nejvyššího soudu ČR. V práci je mimo jiné provedena analýza trhu s krátkodobými půjčkami, protože na tomto trhu je riziko vzniku lichvy nejvyšší. Práce se zaměřuje na právní stav v České republice, definování a rozpoznání lichvy, a způsoby, jak se jí vyhnout. Čtenář získá přehled o formách lichvy, její škodlivosti a metodách jejího potírání. |

| Abstract: | The content of this work is an analysis of the history of usury in the world and in the Czech Republic, an analysis of current Czech laws and judgments of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The work also includes an analysis of the short-term loan market, as this market carries the highest risk of usury. The work focuses on the legal situation in the Czech Republic, the definition and identification of usury, and ways to avoid it. The reader will gain an overview of the forms of usury, its harmfulness, and methods of combating it. |
