| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o účetních a daňových pohledech na hudební skupiny. Definuje právní odlišnosti mezi spolkem, společností s ručením omezeným a samostatně výdělečnou činností jednotlivých členů. Teoretická část se věnuje definováním jednotlivých forem, základním informacím o nich, způsobem jakým účtují či vedou evidenci příjmů, a jaké je jejich zdanění. Teorie je aplikována v praktické části, kde je na fiktivní skupině znázorněné účetnictví a následné zdanění. Hlavním cílem je posoudit, která z forem je pro hudební skupinu jako celek nejvýhodnější. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis discusses accounting and tax perspectives on music groups. It defines the legal distinctions between a partnership, a limited liability company, and self-employment of individual members. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the different forms, basic information about them, the way they account or keep records of income, and what their taxation is. The theory is applied in the practical part where the accounting and subsequent taxation is illustrated on a fictitious group. The main objective is to assess which of the forms is the most advantageous for the music group as a whole. |
