| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zachycení nemovitostí v účetnictví podnikatelského subjektu od jejich pořízení, provoz až po samotné vyřazení. Pozornost je věnována nejen oblasti účetnictví, ale také jsou v práci blíže popsána daňová specifika, která s nemovitostmi bezprostředně souvisí. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou obohaceny o praktické příklady. Cílem práce je objasnit a aplikovat účetní a daňová specifika, ke kterým může během držby nemovitostí v podnikatelském prostředí docházet, na praktický příkladech. Práce se také zmiňuje o problematice vznikající při souběhu využití nemovitostí jak pro podnikatelské, tak pro soukromé účely. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of recording real estate in the accounting of a business entity from its acquisition, operation to the actual disposal. Attention is paid not only to the area of accounting, but also tax specifics that are directly related to real estate are described in the thesis. Individual chapters are enriched with practical examples. The aim of the thesis is to clarify and apply the accounting and tax specifics that may occur during the holding of real estate in a business environment, using practical examples. The thesis also mentions the problems arising when the use of real estate for both business and private purposes is simultaneous. |
