| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí paušálního režimu a jeho vlivu na efektivnost a spravedlnost daňového systému. Hlavním cílem práce je posouzení vlivu porušení podmínek paušálního režimu na poplatníkův příjem a s tímto vzniklými náklady. Teoretická část se zabývá spravedlností a efektivností zdanění, způsoby zdaňování příjmů na základě skutečných a paušálních výdajů a režimem paušální daně. V praktické části je zpracována analýza paušálního režimu a zhodnocena změna čistého příjmu při porušení podmínky paušálního režimu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of the flat-rate regime and its impact on the efficiency and fairness of the tax system. The main aim of the thesis is to assess the impact of violating the conditions of the flat-rate regime on the taxpayer's income and the associated costs. The theoretical part deals with the fairness and efficiency of taxation, ways of taxing income based on actual and flat-rate expenses, and the flat-rate tax regime. The practical part includes an analysis of the flat-rate regime and an evaluation of the change in net income when violating the condition of the flat-rate regime. |
