| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá nabídkou asistenčních služeb v kontextu komerčního životního pojištění. Popisuje základní druhy pojištění, zkoumá jejich vlastnosti a detailně rozděluje komerční životní pojištění. Dále se věnuje jednotlivým asistenčním společnostem, jejich vazbám na pojišťovny a jim aktuálně zprostředkovaným službám. Pro určení zákaznicky nejpřívětivější nabídky stanovuje bodovací metodiku založenou na podrobné analýze pojistných podmínek a údajů, které jsou veřejně dostupné na webových stránkách a internetových portálech zkoumaných pojistitelů a poskytovatelů asistenčních služeb. Na jejímž základě pak provádí samotné porovnání výhodnosti a diskutuje nedostatky ostatních nabídek. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the offer of assistance services in the context of commercial life insurance. It describes the basic types of insurance, examines their characteristics and divides them into categories. It also deals with individual assistance companies, their links to insurance companies and the services they currently provide. In order to determine the most customer-friendly offer, it establishes a scoring methodology based on a detailed analysis of insurance terms and data from publicly available websites and internet portals of the examined insurers and assistance service providers. Based on defined scoring rules, it compares offers and discusses their shortcomings. |
