| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice lustračních zákonů v ČR a možnosti jejich aplikace v Bělorusku. Hlavním cílem bylo posouzení adekvátnosti přístupu, který byl zvolen ČR v oblasti lustrační legislativy v kontextu možných historicko-politických změn v Bělorusku. Provedena analýza stěžejních právních pramenů, které s problematikou lustrace bezprostředně souvisí, umožnila autorovi vlastní interpretaci tématu a vypracování doporučení pro běloruskou politickou elitu. Práce konstatuje, že česká podoba lustračních zákonů nemůže v kontextu možných politických změn v Bělorusku být příkladem právní úpravy jak z hlediska principů právního státu, tak z pohledu adekvátní reflexe minulosti a usmíření společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of lustration laws in the Czech Republic and the possibility of their application in Belarus. The main objective was to assess the adequacy of the approach taken by the Czech Republic in the field of lustration legislation in the context of possible historical and political changes in Belarus. The analysis of key legal sources related to the lustration issue enabled the author to make his own interpretation of the topic and to develop recommendations for the Belarusian political elite. The thesis concludes that the Czech form of lustration laws, in the context of possible political changes in Belarus, cannot be an example of legal regulation both in terms of the rule of law and in terms of adequate reflection on the past and reconciliation of society. |
