| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat stav regulace na českém pojistném trhu a zhodnotit dopady na jeho subjekty, zejména na pojišťovací zprostředkovatele a jejich zákazníky. Práce bude vycházet ze zákonu č. 170/2018 sb. o distribuci pojištění a zajištění. Dále budou zahrnuty poznatky z praxe a osobní názory zprostředkovatelů. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to analyze the state of regulation on the czech insurance market and evaluate the effects on its subjects, especially on insurance agents and their customers. The thesis will be based on Act No. 170/2018 Coll. on the distribution of insurance and reinsurance. Furthermore, knowledge from practice and personal opinions of insurance agents will be included. |
