| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování finanční analýzy společnosti PLEAS s.r.o. ve sledovaném období od roku 2018 do roku 2022 z pohledu externího uživatele s cílem zhodnotit její celkovou finanční situaci. Společnost je srovnávána se skupinou vybraných konkurentů. Při práci se vycházelo z dat databáze MagnusWeb, která agreguje výkazy společnosti a jejich konkurentů z webových stránek Ministerstva spravedlnosti České republiky. Práce je strukturovaná do pěti kapitol. V první části je přestavena analyzovaná společnost a její vybraní konkurenti v odvětví. Druhá část je metodická a představuje jednotlivé části analýzy. Ve třetí části je aplikován jeden z popsaných nástrojů a tím je horizontální a vertikální analýza. Čtvrtá část se pak zaměřuje na další z nich, kterým je analýza poměrových ukazatelů. V poslední části je využito účetních informací na sestavení souhrnných modelů hodnocení společnosti. Na závěr je shrnutí výsledků finanční analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The purpouse of this bachelor thesis has been to prepare a financial analysis of PLEAS s.r.o. in the period from 2018 to 2022 from the perspective of an external user in order to evaluate its overall financial situation. Thus, I compare the company with a peer group of selected competitors. I based my work on data from the MagnusWeb database, which aggregates the statements of the company and their competitors from the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. The thesis is structured into five chapters. The first chapter presents the analyzed company and its selected competitors in the industry. The second chapter is theoretical and presents the different parts of the analysis. In the third part one of the described tools has been applied and that is horizontal and vertical analysis. The fourth part then focuses on another one, which is the ratio analysis. In the last part, accounting data have been used to construct summary models of company valuation. Finally, the results of the financial analysis are summarized. |
