| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikovými dluhopisy v České republice. Hlavním cílem první části práce je podrobně popsat proces emise podnikových dluhopisů všech druhů v ČR. Kromě toho také přiblížit čtenáři základní kategorizaci dluhopisů nejčastěji využívaných na českém dluhopisovém trhu. Cílem druhé části práce je provedení analýzy čtyř českých emitentů dluhopisů a zhodnocení rizik, která souvisí s investicemi do dluhopisů těchto emitentů a také s investováním do podnikových dluhopisů obecně z pohledu retailového investora. Pro výběr analyzovaných společností byla využita metodika Scorecard korporátních dluhopisů 2.0 vytvořená Ministerstvem financí. V závěru jsou popsány nejčastější problematické oblasti, se kterými se setkává retailový investor při investičním rozhodování na českém dluhopisovém trhu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the first part of the work is to describe in detail the process of issuing corporate bonds of all types in the Czech Republic. In addition, it also brings the reader closer to the basic categorization of bonds most commonly used in the Czech bond market. The aim of the second part of the thesis is to conduct an analysis of four Czech bond issuers and to assess the risks related to investments in bonds of these issuers as well as investments in corporate bonds in general from the perspective of a retail investor. The Scorecard corporate bonds 2.0 methodology created by the Ministry of Finance was used to select the analyzed companies. In conclusion, the most common problem areas encountered by a retail investor when making investment decisions on the Czech bond market will be described. |
