| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání hypoték v ČR a na Novém Zélandu. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o klíčových rozdílech a podobnostech v oblasti hypotečního financování v těchto zemích. První část práce se věnuje principu fungování hypoték a různým typům hypoték. Druhá část se zaměřuje na porovnání klíčových ukazatelů jako jsou úrokové sazby, průměrná mzda anebo cena nemovitosti. Třetí část se zabývá dostupností bydlení a porovnává standardů bydlení, který je v obou zemích rozdílný. Poslední část práce se zaměřuje na ochranu spotřebitele v oblasti hypotečních úvěrů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on a comparison of mortgages in the Czech Republic and New Zealand. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the key differences and similarities in mortgage finance in these countries. The first part of the thesis focuses on the principles of mortgages and the different types of mortgages. The second part focuses on a comparison of key indicators such as interest rates, average wages and property prices. The third part looks at housing affordability and compares housing standards, which differ between the two countries. The last part of the thesis focuses on consumer protection in mortgage lending. |
