| Abstract: |
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotní péčí v ČR. Hlavním cílem je identifikace problémů zdravotní péče v ČR. První část je věnována teoretické části, ve které je definován pojem zdravotní péče, zdravotní systém a politika a financování systému. Ve druhé části byly na základě studií identifikovány nejpodstatnější problémy zdravotní péče v ČR. Dále byl za pomocí statistických metod sledován vybraný problém dostupnosti stomatologů a všeobecných lékařů pro děti a dorost v soukromých ordinacích v ČR. Data z ČSÚ a ÚZIS byla přenesena do mapy krajů ČR a byli identifikovány problémové oblasti. Byly sledovány roky 2012 a 2021. Ústecký a Středočeský kraj se ve všech případech jevily jako nejvíce problémové kraje a naopak Hl. m. Praha skončila s nejlepšími výsledky. Zároveň u stomatologů při porovnání došlo ke zlepšení hodnoty v Jihočeském a Olomouckém kraji. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis deals with health care in the Czech Republic. The main aim is to identify the problems of health care in the Czech Republic. The first section is devoted to the theoretical part in which the concept of health care, health care system and policy and financing of the system is defined. In the second part, the most important problems of health care in the Czech Republic were identified based on studies. Furthermore, the selected problem of the availability of dentists and general practitioners for children and adolescents in private practices in the Czech Republic was observed with the help of statistical methods. The data from CSU and the Institute of Health Information were transferred to the map of the regions of the Czech Republic and the problematic areas were identified. The years of 2012 and 2021 were used to monitor the situation. Prague ended up with the best results. At the same time, for dentists, the comparison showed an improvement in the South Bohemia region. |
