| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti Skanska Residential a.s. za období 2018-2022. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První část práce je tvořena popisem samotné společnosti. V této kapitole si přiblížíme jak historii, tak současnost společnosti a její obchodní činnost. Dále následuje druhá část práce, která je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti Skanska Residential a.s., kde jsou vypočítány jednotlivé ukazatele. Třetí část se věnuje porovnání s konkurenčními společnostmi jako je Central Group a.s. a Finep a.s. a YIT Stavo s.r.o. V závěru práce je souhrn poznatků získaných analýzou a zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of Skanska Residential a.s. for the period 2018-2022. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first part of the thesis consists of a description of the company itself. In this chapter, we will look at both the history and the present situation of the company and its business activities. Next follows the second part of the work, which is focused on the financial analysis of Skanska Residential a.s. where individual indicators are calculated. The third part is devoted to a comparison with competing companies such as Central Group a.s., Finep a.s. and YIT Stavo s.r.o. At the end of the thesis, there is a summary of the findings obtained from the analysis and evaluation of the company's financial situation. |
